TYPE 3 TRAFFIC BARRICADES (WITH TELESPAR FEET AND UPRIGHTS)
Type 3 Traffic Barricades are galvanized for lasting corrosion protection obtained with 14 gauge, hot rolled high carbon steel. The flat surface displays retro-reflective sheeting, complies with MUTCD requirements. High density polyethylene material resists fading, chipping, or splintering.
Type 3 Barricades offer a Hollow Core extruded design. Internal walls provide lightweight strength and durability. Angle iron feet are 12 gauge, mill finish. Universal mounting holes, are pre-punched to 7/16”. Accepts two flashing lights.
Type 3 Barricades also offer a square shape that provides superior wind load capabilities and inhibits warping and quick removal of uprights from feet. The Telespar allows for short term or permanent placements, and is easy to assemble and replace parts if necessary. NCHRP-350 Accepted under WZ-85, Meets MUTCD Standards.
1” x 8“ Plastic boards are available in 4’, 6’, 8’, 10’, and 12’ lengths with reflective sheeting on one or both sides. Stripes on sheeting are 6" wide. Single sided sheeted Boards are produced with Right Sheeting Double sided sheeted boards are produced with Left sheeting on one side and Right sheeting on the other side unless otherwise specified.

Also featuring Hollow Core extruded design, Internal walls provide lightweight strength and durability.
Type 3 Barricades complies with NCHRP-350 under WZ-85 and Can be used in various generic Type III Barricade designs. NCHRP-350 Accepted, Meets MUTCD Standards.

Type 3 Break-Away Barricades are NCHRP 350 approved per FHWA. Each unit is made from 100% recycled plastics (high molecular weight polyethylene) and is fully collapsible. The plastic bases are 25% heavier than the same size wood base and all is pre-drilled for easy set-up and storage. This unit will never rust, splinter or need painting. Break-Away Barricades come in white only. Hollow core extruded design includes Internal walls that provide lightweight strength and durability. High density polyethylene material resists fading, chipping, or splintering.

"Sentinel" TYPE 3 Barricades are also an all Plastic Type 3 Barricade available in 4’ and 6’ board lengths.
Easy to assemble, consisting of 2 pieces, upright and base, that snap together, no hardware required. Base can be internally ballasted with sand or water in warmer climates.
