TYPE 1 TRAFFIC BARRICADES

"Plasticade" Type 1 Barricades featured above meet or exceed Federal Highway Administration standards.  Type 1 Barricades are typically used to mark a specific condition, to control pedestrian traffic or to channelize vehicle traffic.  Every Type 1 Barricade featured above has one horizontal bar at the top that can be fitted with reflective sheeting or a legend.

 

Type 1 Barricades includes striped sheeting and/or sign legend on both sides of the Barricade.  Produced with Left Sheeting on one side and Right Sheeting on the other side unless specified otherwise.Stripes on sheeting are 4" wide.​ The foundation of Plasticade Products is the Plasticade Traffic Barricade with its patented “Click Lock” Hinge. This hinge gives an increase in stability and longevity to our products. Molded hollow for internal ballasting with 5 lbs of sand per side (total 10 lbs).  Molded in handles for mounting flashing lights and sandbag bar bottom. Stacking Lugs keep stacked units from sliding. NCHRP Certified and meets MUTCD Standards.  FHWA approved - HSA10/WZ-14.​   Dimensions: 45” Height x 25” Wide - Weight 16 lbs - Pallet Quantity - 52 units. "​Combocade" Type 1 Barricades

 

"Combocade" Type 1 Barricades are steel legged Plastic Traffic Barricades with plastic boards. Type 1 Barricades come with Galvanized or White Powder Coated Legs, so add $2.50 to below prices if you select White Powder Coating. Please be sure to specify Galvanized or White Powder Coated when ordering.  Boards can be replaced in minutes, legs can be replaced or repaired. The legs are manufactured using standard 45" steel, 14 gauge thickness galvanized or white powder coated finishes for corrosion protection. Injection molded plastic boards are strong, dense and reinforced with our "diamond" design. Boards will not bend, warp, crack, splinter, or peel and will last longer than wood. Bolt holes are molded into the plastic boards, making board replacement quick and easy. One barricade light easily attaches to the top of the barricade. "Fibercade" Type 1 Barricades

"Fibercade" Type 1 Barricades are available in white only, and offer you striped sheeting and/or sign legend on both sides of each Type 1 Barricade.

 

"Fibercade" Type 1 Barricades are perfect for those who want the benefits of construction employing 100% heavy duty plastic, but with the added feature of being able to add to or change component parts.  "Fibercade" Type 1 Barricades can be reassembled as a Type 2 Barricade!

 

Type 1 Barricades are double walled designed and are HAS-10 / WZ-14 certified by the Federal Highway Administration, with a unique “Lincoln Log” interface between boards and legs. Available in a fully assembled condition (optional), you'll enjoy pre-drilled holes in legs and boards assure rapid assembly, plus a molded hole and bolt protector allows flashing light on any side. Note: Each Type 1 Barricade is produced with Left Sheeting on one side and Right Sheeting on the other side unless otherwise specified. "Econocade" Type 1 Barricades

​"Econocade" Type 1 Barricades are produced with Left Sheeting on one side and Right Sheeting on the other side (unless otherwise specified), Econocade Type 1 Barricades are strong, stackable, and lighter than the average barricade.  They are also rust free, impact resistant, easy to handle, pack and transport.  In addition, "Econocade" Type 1 Barricades includes a flashing light mounting receptacle!  To See Available Top Panel Sign & Arrow Legends, please see below.
